How therapy can help:

Therapy provides structure and encouragement as you seek inward knowledge about yourself and how you relate to the world.  It is not necessary to know how to change or what to do, we will start with where you are right now. You will be objectively supported as we explore together any barriers that get in the way of reaching your goals.  You will become better acquainted with your innate strengths and resiliency. You will build a healthier relationship with yourself thus creating healthier relationships with others in your life. Therapy can look many different ways. You might experience a few big  "ah-ha" moments, or a series of small accomplishments that add up over time, making your relationship with yourself and others more fulfilling.

FAQ

  • Anyone can benefit from therapy. If you are having trouble with personal or professional relationships, experiencing mental health symptoms, need support with reaching a goal, going through a tough life transition, or just need an objective sounding board and someone to listen... therapy can help.

Who do you have experience working with?
  • I have worked with a wide range of adults with intellectual disabilities, Older Adults, and Young Adults. I have helped individuals who have experienced incarceration, homelessness, and addiction. I particularly enjoy working with the LGBTQIA+ community on issues with identity and coming out.

Do you offer a sliding scale fee?
